UNI MICRO CONCRETE F is a ready to use product in grey powder form, which requires only the on-site addition of water to produce a high strength, non-shrink micro concrete of predictable performance.
The materials is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic stage while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. For larger repairs, mixed UNI MICRO CONCRETE F can be modified by the addition of 10 mm clean, graded, saturated, surface dry aggregates at site.

Instruction for UNI MICRO CONCRETE F Use

Surface Preparation

The surface onto which the grout is to be applied should be scabbled to remove laitance and expose aggregate. Do not use bush hammers or similar preparation equipment that can crush the aggregate but leave it in place. The surface must be free of oil, dust, dirt, paint, curing compounds, etc. Soak area to be grouted with water for 24 hours prior to grouting to minimise localized absorption and to assist in the free flow of the grout. Surfaces should be damp but free of standing water. Particular attention should be paid to bolt holes to ensure that these are water-free. Use oil free compressed air to blow out bolt holes and pockets as necessary.
Base plates, bolts, etc. must be clean and free of oil, grease, paint, residual curing compound or other contaminants that could impair adhesion. Set and align equipment. If shims are to be removed after the grout has set, then lightly grease

Mixing & Placing

Care should be taken to ensure that UNI MICRO CONCRETE F is thoroughly mixed in suitably sized vessel with a torque (400-500 RPM) rotary drill fitted with a mixing paddle. The addition of graded aggregate where specified should be added after the water and UNI MICRO CONCRETE F should be properly mixed.


The mixed material should be placed immediately. If placed by pump, standard concrete pumping should be followed.


Curing should start within 24 hours and minimum curing time should be same as that for concrete (7 days) as a cementitious material.

Low Temperature

In cold conditions down to 15 0C, the use of warm water (up to 30 ºC) is advisable to accelerate strength development


Tools may be cleaned with clean water.

Packing And Yield

UNI MICRO CONCRETE F is supplied in 25 kg HDPE bags. Approximately 13.0 litres per 25 kg bag. Actual yield per bag will depend on the consistency of UNI MICRO CONCRETE F and quantity of coarse aggregate added.

Shelf Life & Storage

UNI MICRO CONCRETE F has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture when kept at a temperature between 5 0C to 45 0C and store in the original, unopened bags. All material shall be stored under cover in a manner that will prevent damage preferable on pallets and protected from excessive heat and moisture. Do not freeze.

Health & Safety

UNI MICRO CONCRETE F is no-toxic and non-flammable. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing and wear safety glasses, dust mask and gloves. If skin contact occurs wash thoroughly with clean water. Should eye contact occur rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. Full health and safety data are given in Product Safety Data Sheet.
